If Trump wins, they lose control of the party & that causes the whole landscape to change. Sleezeball McCain wouldn’t have caused that to happen because he’s part of the “good ol’ boy club”. Trump is not in ‘the club’ (of the corrupt political class) - he’s the bull in the china shop who will swing his horns & break things. He’s the blue-collar contractor who crashes the elite snobs cocktail party. That’s my take. They surely are desperate to the point of total meltdown like nothing I’ve ever seen before. They said that they prefer Hillary Clinton. If Trump wins the nomination and they support Hillary what would you call them? Conservative? They had no problem endorsing the RINO Mitt Romney in 2008 but would pick a democrat in 2016? And you call them conservative?
