I found this news article a little more even handed on the subject. Telling both sides.

Example: 98% approval... but NY says some were pressured to fill out positive reviews and some were filled out before they took the courses.

I've been to about 50 professional seminars. One promised Steve Jobs and they delivered...It was an old Jobs educational video and it was excellent.

No one is pressured to fill in those review forms. Ridiculous. It's not like it's changing a grade. And I've never filled one out before the seminar.

“...some were pressured to fill out positive reviews and some were filled out before they took the courses.”

Says more about the students than Donald Trump. I’m not defending Trump, but those attending get-rich-quick seminars/schools don’t always have the greatest judgment skills.

(Seen a number of fraudulent schools myself, and all should be busted. That includes Trump, if guilty.)
