Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL)79% is again floating the possibility that Donald Trump, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX)97% , or he himself might fail to earn the necessary 1,236 delegates required to win the Republican presidential nomination.
That would mean taking the fight to a brokered convention.
During an interview on CBS "This Morning," Rubio was questioned about a CNN report that revealed Rubio's campaign manager had prepared donors in New York for the possibility.
"If you look at the way it's going now, no one may have that number of delegates and that in and of itself would trigger a convention in which after the first round, delegates are free to vote for whoever they want," Rubio said.

FUMR!! Amnesty pimps need not apply!!
Marco, if you think you are going to get my vote in the general after a brokered convention, you best think again, you little coke head faggot.
Dirty rotten scoundrel. I have lost all respect for this POS.
Sad. A real 'winner' would never, ever make a statement like that.
So in another words, they want the democrats to take the presidency.
In less than 24 hours Marco has managed to loose my support of him for VP and any future political offices. His actions and words are pathetic and desperate.
Ted Cruz’s second choice (after himself).
If that happens, the GOP will not get my vote.
Not that they care.
LOL! Thanks for saying that...now I don't have to! LOL!
If they do that, then Trump goes independent and the GOP can go to hell.
Hm, coke head. I wonder if that’s part of why he sweats so much.
I truly do hate these weasels!
Better not be anything flammable around.
Not that they care.
They don't care. They'd rather lose than let Cruz or Trump win. Bastards. They won't get mine either.
Farfetched??
“If Trump is blowing through march and then the panic really sets in, and then it’s all a simply denying him a majority of delegates, doing whatever it takes. There is still a filing deadline to make in the California primary. Maybe a Mitt Romney,” Chuck Todd said on Tuesday’s broadcast of NBC’s Today Show.
“This is a scenario someone outlined to me a couple days ago. Mitt Romney would file late, you may get favorite sons and daughters to file late, simply to try to beat Trump, deny him delegates and create another way for a brokered convention. I have to tell you, it’s the most farfetched,” Todd explained.
Lezzzsee..At present Trump has more delegates than all the other 4 combined and he's not likely to do too poorly in the next go-around. Hmmm?
I support Trump but will vote for Cruz or anyone who gets the most votes from the primary voters. However if foam boy keeps talking like that and the GOPe screws Trump or Cruz I will stay home in November.
Romney is an idiot.
