I agree. T. Cruz and Robot Rubio turned it into a farce and demeaned the primaries. When those two shook hands, it was clear they are part of the establishment. They are not even nbc.
I think he was telegraphing just that. Asked the audience if he should participate in the debate, response was "nooooo!"
There is more upside to him to skip the debate. Shows strength, again, and continues to put FoxNews debate team in the place he wants them to be in. The news by that point will be the results of the March 1 primaries, and the burden will be on the runners up to show why they should continue.
