My cousin lives in Milpitas Her son works for FAcebook. It was three years out of college before he even got a job interview. Lots and lots of part time work. Nothing up to his education levels

Sorry to hear about your son. If he does development or testing there should be a lot of jobs in that area. If he doesn’t mind moving, tell him to check the Seattle area - lots of tech companies up here. He can just go to a site like indeed.com and search.
