You are right. Trump is the only one who will build the wall.
Boy Rubio always says that border security is his first priority. But no one ever asks him if border security means building a wall or not. He has never stated he will build anything of the sort.
If a President Rubio can get enough Republican congress members to go along with Democrats in passing the largest Amnesty in human history, then that will be evidence enough for him that the border is “secure”.
