Back to Videos Former Mexican President Vicente Fox to Trump: We're "Not Paying For That F***ing Wall" 310 Shares By Tim Hains Posted on February 25, 2016
In an interview Thursday with Jorge Ramos on Fusion, former Mexican president Vicente Fox responds to Donald Trump's plan to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexican border.
"Iâm not going to pay for that fucking wall! He should pay for it. Heâs got the money," Fox said.
"Are you afraid that heâs going to be the next President of the United States?" Ramos asked. "What would that mean for Mexico?â
"No no no, democracy can not take that, crazy people that don't know what is going on in the world today. This worries me, the last caucus in Nevada... he won 44 percent of Hispanics."

OK. Exec Order 1: No more Western Union transfers to Mexico.
In 2010 we gave you$757 Million in foreign aid.
That has likely escalated to $1 Billion by 2016.
When you notice that flow of money has been cut off, please know that it has been diverted to BUILD THE DAMN WALL!
<><><><><
So you are thinking that the American taxpayer is going to pay for the wall. So do I.
Foreign aid is money collected from the US taxpayer, it does not belong to Mexico.
wait, isn’t Mexico building a wall along their own southern border? so, what’s one more?
Seems fair to me.
Another 5 points for Trump
It’s like all the problems regular conservative Republicans have had for decades with moderates who won’t cooperate, obstructionist Democrats, filbustera, etc., are just going to magically vanish when The Donald wins so he can implement his agenda without interruption.
Uh...do you know what an executive order actually is?
Saying Mexico will lay for the wall is an empty promise.
Never mind. Already know the answer.
Does Vicente actually think Trump is going to request or demand a check or money order from Mexico? There are other ways to have Mexico pay for something.
Start with a 50% fee for every American penny, dime, and dollar that’s wired to Mexico.
And another 3 points for Trump - thank you Senior Fox.

But, but Vincente is Jorge’s amigo.
GFY !! VICENTE
China is terrified of T. too:
SSE Composite Index (000001.SS) -Shanghai

That's really a moot point (permission)
Just how is Mexico going to be forced to pay for the wall?
Add a surcharge to money transfers to Mexico ? ...A lot of that money is earned by americans or legally here mexicans...so a percent of that wall is being paid for by Americans...
Take the money out of their foreign aid package...That's american taxpayer money...
Send the Mexican government an invoice? ...good luck with that
I'm all for Mexico paying for it, I just don't know of a way to make them pay for it..?
The wall is estimated at only $8 billion. Trump's track record on building is under budget and on time.
From Trump's web site
Mexico must pay for the wall and, until they do, the United States will, among other things: impound all remittance payments derived from illegal wages; increase fees on all temporary visas issued to Mexican CEOs and diplomats (and if necessary cancel them); increase fees on all border crossing cards - of which we issue about 1 million to Mexican nationals each year (a major source of visa overstays); increase fees on all NAFTA worker visas from Mexico (another major source of overstays); and increase fees at ports of entry to the United States from Mexico [Tariffs and foreign aid cuts are also options]. We will not be taken advantage of anymore.
I hope Trump hires about a couple hundred more government lawyers, he is going need them...
I can see dozens of lawsuits...just on impounding wages...
Yes, but it is also money that Mexico has come to depend upon and count as income.
At least the money will be going to protect American interests.
