Former Mexican President Vicente Fox says his nation will not pay for Donald Trump’s proposed border wall.
“I declare — I’m not going to pay for that f---ing wall,†he told Fusion's Jorge Ramos during an interview Thursday. "[Trump] should pay for it. He’s got the money.

We also already have $700 million allocated for the wall that they clearly have not used...
Mexico will pay for the wall. 10% tax on all money transfers to Mexico. Done.
fox will pay for the effing wall, he just won’t miss it out of his check.
He keeps talking like that and people are going to try and start to find all the money he stood from Mexico as former Presidents!

Jorge is going to pay for it alright — when all the criminals and Welfare cases that Mexico sends North of the Border are stuck in Mexico looking to him for a handout and starting yet another revolution if he doesn’t give it to them.
They'll pay, and they'll pay with a smile on their faces once the alternative is paying or there being a 75% tariff as opposed to a 40% tariff on everything coming to the US from Mexico.
It's all a matter of what the alternatives are and so far, the alternatives have been to do nothing now or to do nothing later.
Coupled with a “give me any more static and we’ll make it 15%” signing statement.

Does Vicente Fox have a wall around his hacienda, or does he let the campesinos squat on his property?
As I understand it Trump intends to reduce the amount of money the U.S. Government sends to Mexico over some number of years to pay for the wall. If so, Mexico will have little say about whether the pay for it or not.
But ...
Is Trump bluffing?
As President will he have the power?
Are we actually giving that kind of money to Mexico?
If anyone knows they should speak up.
Perfect timing! His comments ought to bump Trump’s numbers up in Tejas!
I have to compliment Trump on this brilliant strategy.
Hearing ol’ Vincente emphatically denying he’s going to pay for the wall shows that the Mexican Gringo Intelligentsia is feeling the heat.
When the wall gets built, average Mexicans will turn to their government and say “Why did you do this to us”?
The wall will not only underscore the importance and virtue of American citizenship, it will also force Mexico to adapt, deal with corruption, and give the underclass options that go beyond “Go North, send your money back home”.
TAX THE REMITTANCE PAYMENTS TO MEXICO!! What is it at now, over $20 BILLION per year? Mexico’s #1 source of revenue.
