The dolts whom back Trump are doing nothing but quite literally destroying our country. They will rue the day they support this man. He will not be President. He will lose. The media will uterly destroy him if he secures the nomination.
Someone with as shady of a past as him, being treated with the kid gloves he has been, will go full on liberal to “win” as he gets ripped apart in the press each day.
Each day he will move further and further to the left, likely more than Romney or McCain ever did... Because he has no moral compass. No center to keep him grounded.
The future destruction of this nation rests squarely in the shoulders of these prolls whom blindly follow their idol wherever he goes ideologically, all in the name of “winning”.
No, I’m not surprised at all by the total ripping apart of Cruz. Why? Because he is a man of conviction and principle, two things which stand in the way of the free winds of populism brought on by Trump.
One cannot blow whichever way the public wants if you are grounded, hence someone who stands so strong for our founding principles and documents like Cruz does must be utterly destroyed by all means nessessary.
Thank God I live in Texas, where people are sane and principles matter.

The fact that he proved he had neither is why most folks like myself went else where.
Right. The fact that he has succeeded in accomplishing absolutely nothing notable in the Senate has nothing to do with it.
The fact that the media had him bottled up tighter than "I Dream of Jeannie" before Trump got into the race doesn't mean anything, either.

Did you notice that today (Wednesday) Romney publicly said that since Trump has not released his tax returns, there must be a bombshell he does not want exposed.
I thought that was stunning. If you recall, Romney made a mess of his campaign by not releasing his tax returns and when he finally did, the damage was done.
A comment like this from Romney is not his style, at all. It is obvious that someone in the GOP asked him to do this. This is the first hit from the establishment and then they will hit again and again.
Then in May, the lawsuit against Trump University goes to trial. The press will rip Trump to shreds. They made him and they will take him down, too. Not to mention, that apparently, Trump's mo with vendors is payment of 80%. If you want the rest, then sue. National Review wrote last December that commercials were already made and ready to go with this information voiced by the people stiffed by Trump. They were not certain when they were going to go on the air. For some reason, at least one candidate has held his fire, but the dems sure won't.
