Reagan was a member, who seemed to enjoy the club according to his letters. He gave up membership to the club when he became President. Bush Sr. was also a member but belonged to a different group.
I think the Bohemian Grove may have been an innocent club for many members, a chance to get away from responsibilities, but there seems to have been a sinister club within the club according to a lot of reports.
I was surprised to find out that Scalia was hunting with an international secretive hunting club, with a connection to the Bohemian Club. Would like to know more about the hunting club.
The rich and powerful like to hang out with each other. But I never understood the wackjobism factor with the stone owl and robes. Who was the guy that first went, ‘you know what a good and fun idea would be?’
I guess I’ll give this hunting thing a break for the robes because it sounds like it is an actual religious type fraternity with a historic origin.
