GOPe Announce Plans To Go “Full Mississippi” on Donald Trump To Destroy Him
Consevative Treehouse ^ | 2/24/16 | Sundance

Posted on 02/24/2016 3:49:27 PM PST by Amntn

When little known Chris McDaniel beat entrenched republican senator Thad Cochran in the first Mississippi primary of 2014 it triggered a series of events that became known simply as "Mississippi '14".

The entrenched DC republican elite developed a plan to destroy McDaniel before the run-off primary. They decided to call McDaniel a racist, pay for print and broadcast attack ads, request help from black Mississippi pastors, and pay Democrats, preachers and voters to vote in the run-off election. Republicans in DC attacking a republican outsider.

Their Machiavellian plan worked. In the run-off Chris McDaniel again beat Thad Cochran with republican voters, but the paid-to-vote Democrats lifted Cochran back onto the throne in the elite Republican Chamber.

Against the desperation of a South Carolina victory for Donald Trump, and now a Nevada victory for Donald Trump, the DC Republican team have re-enlisted the exact same players to roll out a similar nuclear attack approach against the 'outsider republican'.

Appearing on Bloomberg News the former Mississippi architect, Stuart Stevens, and Mississippi financier/bag-man, Henry Barbour, who carried out the Mississippi Strategy - openly admit their intent to use the same level of vitriol to remove Donald Trump.

See the Video Here (at 23:10) as Stuart Stevens and Henry Barbour are assembled again to discuss the process of "taking down Trump". Stevens fully admits to the Mississippi 2014 strategy and how it will work in 2016 against Donald Trump.

So how do they do it? Simple, it's war - a thermonuclear political war. There are no boundaries, there are no rules, there is nothing too far, there is nothing held back.

They run attack ads, they'll shout names and make up malicious smears; they'll follow the candidate around to make noise at rallies; they lie about anything and everything; they'll pay anyone and everyone to assist, and they don't care if the high-information voter knows what they are doing; it's all part of the overall scorched earth plan.

They'll pay people to do and say anything, ANYTHING. Winning is all that counts. Destroying the opponent is all that matters. Every means justifies that end. Period.

The GOPe have already hired actresses and actors to appear in the attack ads and to make personal appearances, as actors, during Trump events. The hiring agency is Talent Direct Agency (TDA) - The actors and production teams are working out the script details right now.

More than likely the construct begins tomorrow with the CNN debate. Expect a full media assist from an ideological corporate media empire who also has skin in the game and corporate ownership who also see candidate Donald Trump as a risk.

A thrilled attendee for the bloodbath, NRO's Charles Cooke, puts it this way:

Tomorrow night, as they stand on either side of Trump, Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz must find their resolve and all-but-machine-gun the man to the floor.

Without breaks for water or silence for applause, they must explain that Trump is an entitled mess whose business record is so questionable that he managed to bankrupt a casino; that he is an unashamed fraud who didn't even wait to be elected president before folding on Planned Parenthood and Obamacare, exactly like the "feckless" Congress he is running against; that he is feigning religiosity to appeal to people he believes are rubes; and, above all, that whatever he may be pretending now, he has spent a lifetime screwing the little guy.

They must repeat verbatim his previous words on amnesty; they must outline in detail how his policies will make life worse for everyone; and they must point out that a Trump nomination designed to "mix things up" will result, eventually, in more of the same.

In the meantime, conservatives who are not running for president must ensure that every spare dollar is spent attacking Trump. Melt down the fences if you have to; we need long-range bombers here.

If Donald Trump can flood the airwaves with his nonsense, his opponents can counter it incessantly. And while they are at it, they can tie him up in court, just as he's trying to do to Cruz. There are a good number of "just asking" questions ready to be put to them, among them "Trump's mother was Scottish, can he really be president?" and "Trump ran a host of scams designed to rip off the poor; surely one of them would like to sue him?"

Thus far, part of Trump's media strategy has been to say something outrageous and then to move on before it can be rebutted or fact-checked. Why are his rivals not doing the same thing to him? Why, moreover, are the men in charge of the big guns all-but flirting with the snipers on the other side? (read more)

Perhaps now you can better appreciate why Mitt Romney is joining the effort and throwing anything against the wall to see if it will stick:

On Wednesday's "Your World" on FOX News, former Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney told Neil Cavuto that Donald Trump's tax returns may prove he hasn't been honest about his money.

Romney suggests the bombshell could include him lying about his wealth or that he has not made all those charity donations he claims to have made. (link)

You see, it doesn't actually matter if there's any truth to the claim, the goal is to create an absurd hurricane wind of inbound attacks driven with increasing ferocity by the corporate media who will demand the candidate to respond.

In Mississippi 2014 Chris McDaniel was not racist, nor was there anything remotely linking him to anything racist; the goal is to push the candidate away from their campaigning, the truth is irrelevant.

Once the GOPe force the candidate away from campaigning, then they begin selling the false story and using the actors/actresses, or preachers, to deliver an outcome.

By the time the next debate on Fox comes around, well, it'll be peak DEFCON-5 thermonuclear political button pushing because, quite simply, they have nothing to lose.

Right...

and he was given almost an hour...then Ben Carson, he was barley given 25 min...and he made more sense than all three of the Professional Politicians...

His last comments struck me, strongly...
‘The people will rise up and take control of our Nation’ and that is just what is happening with DJT...

and our great GOP and RNC and Main Street Media are working harder to get Trump out than they have ever done anything before!!! and maybe they should be treating the Democrats that way and not Donald. They have certainly turned me off to their organizations...

p.s. just listened to the Lt. Gov. of Texas, on CNN..IGNORANT AND RUDE...TEXAS NEEDS TO SEND HIM A MESSAGE...PEOPLE WAKE UP AND SENT THAT LT. GOV. A MESSAGE...VOTE HIM OUT...HE IS 100% PROFESSIONAL POLITICIAN and that is the problem with our Country...yuck what a dude he was...

Exactly so; sad to say.

But really, as weird as Ted can be, and this is saying something, he was weirder ( speech patterns/body language ) to night. I couldn't look at the screen and his grating voice was even worse than usual.

Children who play with fire more often than not either burn themselves or burn the house down. The kindergarten in DC should have their matches taken and flushed. They've shown themselves to be pyromaniacs. TRiUMPh will be prepared for the worse of them. Any bets as to whom will come out on top?

The more shocking part to me is 'who' is using the word against Trump... It explains the cabal of so called 'conservative' writers, like NR, and the gas bags on talk radio... They are the ones that planted this in the Washington Post... Fortunately, the writer outed who planted the accusation.. These lazy bums calling themselves conservative are not worth spit.

You know what would be funny? If someone did a youtube video depicting the GOPe plotting their attacks....
****
There was a hypertext link in the article that went to this video - the discussion starts around 23 min mark.
By the way Stuart Stevens was in Romney’s campaign and talks about how they took down Newt Gingrich in 2012 on the video.

WOW..
great post.

I said I would not watch Kelly File tonight...but sitting here alone in the country, listening to the rain on my metal roof, just left the TV on...

and it was a bit of a surprise...I really expected Megyn to trash trump for two hours...she was her snarly self with her ‘not funny’ expression, but she didn't trash him as I expected...She gave much too much time to Cruz, and only 25 min. to Dr. Carson...who actually is a nice guy, and hope Trump offers him a great position in his Administration.

Dr. Carson referred to the Founding Fathers and the Constitution...and he said...

THE PEOPLE WILL RISE UP AND TAKE CONTROL OF OUR NATION TO RESTORE OUR COUNTRY FROM POLITICAL CONTROL..’

I may not have quoted that word for word, but that is what I got from his comment...correct me any one if I am wrong.but that is just what is happening under Trump...WE ARE READY TO ROAR...HEAR US, LISTEN TO US...
Praying daily for Trump and success...
GOD BLESS AMERICA...HE IS HEARING US...

Thanks, Whenifhow,

I clicked 4x on the video that appears on the link you posted, but it keeps getting caught in a loop.

I’m so amazed at their lack of embarrassment re: their evil actions. They out themselves. Amazing.

Thanks for corroborating my post and adding to it.

Carson was bad, but he isn't fit, at all, to be president. Still, that Ted got the MOST time of all, was sickening; not to mention boring.

SPOT ON !

And yet, ALL of these people call themselves "conservatives" and do NOT know the meaning of that word either!

I am thoroughly disgusted by ALL of these wretches.

You think so too? I’ll check him out. The contrast between the beginning and the end is pretty easy to see. There was a news clip of him today in an ad or something, from his early days on the trail. He looked great, was dressed in a suit, hair seemed darker and actually styled.

Today he looks “worn out”, up against the gorgeous 70 year old Energizer Trumpinator.

Saw that Stewart Stevens dude last evening...and he was a loud mouth, insulting professional political person who made a remark...

‘Can you imagine if Donald Trump getting FBI and CIA records and what he would do with them ?’ wow, first thought was Hillary having records from the FBI and using that as blackmail..he actually made me LOL..

Thanks for the info on his back ground..
Politics is EVIL...AND I SAY...WE NEED TO STOP THESE PROFESSIONAL POLITICIANS, WE NEED TERM LIMITS, AND VOTER ID..

OK..I’ll shut up now...
have a Blessed evening..
sleep well, and thank our Master when you awaken in the morning, that he may be giving us another day...

Cruz funded the MISSISSIPPI TREATMENT against Chris McDaniel

Guess you had better call Chris and explain all this stuff to him since he's a Campaign Co-Chair for Cruz in Mississippi. LOL

Thank you.

Like you, I just left the set on, to block the sound of the pouring rain ( though we don't have a metal roof )and the howling wind coming down the chimney.

Bloody Kelly was her usual snarky, smarmy self and practically gave Ted a lap dance. Oh and the ooooooooing and aaaaaaaaaaaahhhing over Ted's story about of of his kids jumping on him, this morning, was stomach churningly barfable.

Carson is a good man, I think, but should never have thrown his hat into this ring. He is ill suited for the position and is just spinning his wheels.

WE ARE A MOVEMENT AND SOMEONE NEEDS TO WHISPER "THE WHIG PARTY" into all of the FAUX conservatives' ears.

That’s because he was under McConnell’s orders - he and Rand Paul both had to stay out of endorsing anyone but an incumbent. Cruz is not the guy his supporters think he is, and he is a friend of Mitch McConnell’s as well. Never mind the dog and pony show of him going on the Senate floor and calling Mitch a liar. There was no one there other than him and a camera. Cruz went to Israel several times with MM, once after being elected, and once before he was sworn in. He and McConnell, Boehner and Ryan are all friends. He has the Cruzbots so fooled.

Yes, we all are in agreement about this.

Ted is buckling under stress/pressure and dragging Glenn Beck around with him. or having CRAZY GLENN dragging him, can't be easy either.

I wonder if there is money troubles re the campaign as well as at home. Heidi isn't working, so that's about $800,000 not there and he isn't really any good about finances.

I love the sound of rain, you see I'm totally deaf...and had a Cochlear Implant in 2010 and second one in 2011...and NOW I CAN HEAR, AND THE RAIN ON THE ROOF WAS THE FIRST SOUND THAT REALLY EXCITED ME, and the singing of birds, and wind whistling through the trees, and hearing my adult kids calling me on the phone...
ahhhh, Medical Miracles are wonderful,,,what a great Country we live in.

Nite All..
God Bless

Sorry, I can't resist showing you how to do it. It will help others who see it.

What I do is make a template that allows me to copy and paste the needed image location. I have that template in my documents page and can copy and paste it into my post (It helps me if I forget how to do it). Then I go to the Images heading of Google and go to the photo I want to paste and click on it. It then goes to the section where you have similar photos with the photo you clicked on to the left. You can find other suitable photos in that section. The big photo on the left is the one you use to get the Image Location. This section also allows you to find which publication these photos come from. By clicking on each one, the photo appears in the left hand space.

The template:

img src=>

Copy and past your template in your post where you want it to appear. Right Click on the photo in the left hand space, and go in the menu to "Copy Image Location." When you Left Click on that menu item, you have copied the Image Location. Then you go to your post click between the = and > of your template you pasted and right click to paste your Image Location instructions between the = and >.

I got the following Image Location:

http://a4.files.biography.com/image/upload/c_fill,cs_srgb,dpr_1.0,g_face,h_300,q_80,w_300/MTE4MDAzNDEwMDU4NTc3NDIy.jpg

When I pasted the above Image Location, between the = and > I got this:

img src=http://a4.files.biography.com/image/upload/c_fill,cs_srgb,dpr_1.0,g_face,h_300,q_80,w_300/MTE4MDAzNDEwMDU4NTc3NDIy.jpg>

Notice the > is right after the jpg. That where you want it. Putting an < in front of img finalizes the Formatted Instructions.

If you have text, you want to separate your photo from the text. That is done by enclosing the letter "P" with the "<" symbol to the left and the ">" symbol to the left. It is like putting the letter p in parentheses like this (P) only using the symbols < and >. Put the P thing at the end of you text before your photo and make a space for your formatted instructions or, if you have text after your photo, put the P thing right next to your photo instructions, after the >. Make a space after your photo and type in your text. Remember, any time you format your post, you have to put the p thing after each paragraph.

Click on preview to see your results:

If it is what you want, click Post.
