Cruz would make sure those 10+million or so conservatives that have reservations about Don-Don don't stay home like the 4 million that did over the Mormon Romney.

No one Donald Trumps picks would change my mind about him, including the 0.00000001% chance that Trump picks Cruz. If Cruz accepted, the only change is I would be disappointed in Cruz knowing he will have to cut ribbons and attend funerals for that liberal, and make excuses for the Trump administration once The Donald sells out conservatives.
After having publicly said he believes Cruz is ineligible there is no way Trump can pick him, even if Cruz was interested.
