The Executive Leadership Series at Regent University is proud to present the Presidential Candidate Forums. Join us throughout the coming months at Regent University as we introduce some of our nation's top presidential candidates through a series of informative discussions and Q & A.

The forums will provide candidates the opportunity to share their campaign platforms in a balanced, non-debate format.

FREE Simulcast

Due to the high demand for these events and the limited seating of our venue, all theater tickets for these events have been spoken for at this time. As an alternative, we invite you to join us for FREE at our simulcast location in the Regent University Chapel. Registration is required and is now open for your convenience online.

There are many more glowing reviews from former employees. There was a great article in a New Jersey paper, one that Jeb! used for a Super Pac hit ad, was actually a 90% complimentary article about Trump.

At one point, the Trump Organization was responsible for 1/3 of all the jobs in Atlantic City.

Think about that.

Hi Onyx!

Yes, Trump did great. Pat asked great questions and one thing I noticed is that he didn’t seem to have any notes. Most of the others in this type of rally or town hall have had notes (even Hannity the other night). Pat did great for being almost 86 (next month).

The audience seemed rather responsive to Mr. T :-)

Let’s understand, there are Cruz supporters and Cruzbots - 2 >>COMPLETELY<< different groups.

If someone likes Cruz and thinks he’s the best candidate, great. That’s their belief, that’s their right. Enjoy.

The Cruzbots, OTOH, are the one posting 2 month old polls, garbage from their own blogs, lies, babble, repeatedly making inane statements like “SC is REALLY conservative!” or “St. Rafael has a ground campaign that’ll shock the world!” or proclaiming St. Rafael to be a cherub sent from Heaven. THOSE are the sick, idiotic mouthbreathers that were in a bloodlust after Iowa.

Let’s be clear, supporting a candidate is one thing. Being an agitator is another.

Trump on VP Pick: Probably someone political, someone who is experienced and can get legislation done expeditiously, someone who can get things done.

I say: Newt Gingrich! The “Cheney” who won’t shoot you with a shot gun but will have Trump’s back 100%!

“Payback’s a bitch. The Cruzbots should have thought of that before they collectively went totally insane after the Iowa Caucus. Now it’s too late and they will continue to be attacked any and everywhere.”

Having voted for Cruz in Texas, I can honestly say (and have often) that the Cruz campaign we see now has been hijacked by the nastiest operatives on the planet.

This Cruz I see on the national stage is NOT the Cruz I voted for.

Cruz has surrounded himself with people who have set a nasty and spiteful tone and it’s showing downline with the grassroot supporters. It isn’t helping him. At all.

Sessions would be good BUT…

I’d like to see someone younger (and Conservative) that can continue the Trump/Reagan legacy and goals.

Reagan’s pick of GHWBush, who was an Establishment RINO, failed in that regard.

That’s what I was thinking. And, 1) I love Sessions and have adopted him as my Senator (I have Maria Can’t Do Well and Patty Osama Mama Murray - ugh!), 2) we need someone somewhat young that can take over in 4 or 8 years, that’s another reason I don’t think it should be Newt as some have suggested - perhaps Newt could be chief of staff or hold another position in the admin (he might make a good press secretary, but I don’t think he’ go for that).

Just heard on Fox - Duncan Hunter (R-CA) and Chris Collins (R-NY) just endorsed Trump

Younger would be good, but effective is most important. Newt is pretty wise on Foreign Policy, a solid conservative, a bulldog, someone pushed “outside” and marginalized who couldn’t be VP any other way except for Donald Trump who gives him immunity against all of that.

Sessions, agreed. He is 69 too. That is the same age as Trump, and all the rest of the others too. Definitely qualifies in all respects, may help the ticket get Elected a bit more than Gingrich on the popular front, but Gingrich may help more on the political strategy front in winning, especially with the people he can pull in.

Younger... Scott Walker maybe, he fits the “executive” tag, but I don’t know if we want a Governor or not for VP.

Some have suggested Nikki Haley and/or Susana Martinez. I’m just not sure of that either.

John Kasich is a younger, kinder, and gentler Newt Gingrich which may help the ticket geographically a bunch. He is so experienced, his resume is easily better than Gingrich’s now because of his experience as Governor. He is the complete package, but I’m not sure he is the inside bruiser Trump will need. Maybe getting there is more important first though, and Kasich may fit the bill.

Just saw a spot on CNN saying Cruz is getting some big endorsement in moments.
