They are saying the Nevada caucus is going much more smoothly than usual. I guess when everyone is voting for one guy it makes it easier.— Bill Mitchell (@mitchellvii) February 24, 2016

And one Marco Rubio supporter tweeted out a photo that appeared to show a person handling a stack of caucus paperwork while wearing a pro-Trump T-shirt.

I just spoke with my wife who is volunteering for Trump at the caucus. She couldn’t talk now but says things have settled down now and she’ll call me later.

You blame Trump because the Nevada does not know how to run a caucus?

If it is as bad as you say it is, Nevada should go back to primary voting
instead of a caucus,

Trump or any other candidate do not set rules.

Not my caucus, it was pleasant and businesslike. There were long lines and it was cold, but we all talked in line as we waited, some people campaigned for their preferred candidates which is allowed, and in the end we all agreed whoever won would be far better than the democrat. I don’t know if my caucus ran out of ballots or not, but every one was checked in with photo id, signed for a ballot, voted and turned it in to their precinct. Everything was accounted for and above board, with care taken to protect the secrecy of the ballot. I can’t imagine it was all that different anywhere else. Republicans do not act like democrats. It was an orderly well-mannered process, everyone knew they were in the presence of like-minded people whose commonalities were far greater than their differences.

Remember this. The Democrat caucus in Nevada only had about 10,000 voters on Saturday...STATEWIDE.

In Clark County alone tonight, some 13,000 Republicans were queued up at one polling place.

“poll workers wearing Trump gear”

There are no “poll workers’ at caucuses. These are informal events where you and your neighbors get together and try to convince each other whom you and they should vote for. voting is then conducted on little paper slips passed around the tables and then collected and counted.

The guy in the pic isn’t collecting votes; he’s registering people who want to attend the caucus. Everyone involved are volunteers and wearing candidate gear is expected because the purpose of these meetings is to promote your candidate.

It works exactly like this in Colorado.

All of these claims of impropriety are complete BS FUD being spread by those expecting to lose in an attempt to prey on peoples ignorance as to what a caucus is and how they function.

Caucasus are different. From what I’ve been told by people who live in states that have them. It’s more informal. Campaigning with the voters is allowed.

This is being discussed on another thread.

Try and keep up.
