So he has citizenship (maybe) but whether being born here (as an anchor baby) gives one NBC is an open question that has not been squarely decided.
NBC is an entirely different question.
I just think someone should discover if he is a dual citizen of Cuba.
NO anchor baby has citizenship, even though it is being recognized...giving it to them is a perversion of the law.
