Sunday, February 21, 2016: GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally in Atlanta, GA at the Georgia World Congress Center. The event is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM EST.
I live in LaGrange,GA only 52 miles from the area. I have tickets to attend, but I'm told already that lines are forming for the 4:00pm event.
In our local mall there is a mural size black and white photograph of John Kennedy in a convertible, riding through downtown LaGrange in October 10, 1960 for a campaign stop. At the time, there were roughly 23,000 people living here.
From here they drove to The Little White House, FDR's vaction home, in Warm Spring's, GA where he gave another speech.
Our airport is now bigger, and we have a tad more people, almost 35,000. So, I'll probably skip the Atlanta function today, unless I can hire a "place holder," and instead send an invite, via this posting to the Trump Team to consider LaGrange, GA for a campaign stop, on the way to Fort Benning, in Columbus. If it was good enough for Jack in 1960, it should be good enough for Donald in 2015.
IF ANYONE HAS ANY IN ROADS TO THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN PLEASE LINK THIS NEW THREAD TO THEM. I THANK YOU.

I suppose I hoped to help get someone other than Trump, but the likelihood is withering.
I honestly didn’t do much counter Trump attacks until after the last Debate. He was so bad, it put me into motion. Too little, too late, if it mattered.
NO WAY tired of winning. It is like saying are you tired of HUGS! LOL
I got a wonderful HUG last night.
I WANT MORE!
someone forgot to check the private forum check box.
Ah, yes, Stage 1 of the Trump Grieving Process!
1. Losing, but describing yourself as a "happy warrior."
2. Losing, but calling yourself a "happy tortoise."
4. Losing while carrying plastic turtles in your pocket.
5. Telling Trump, "You'll NEVER be President, Donald!!"
5.5 Switching to contact lenses to shake things up.
6. Spending all your donor's money to run negative ads, when your own message doesn't resonate widely enough.
7. Suspending your campaign because "the people have spoken."
It has begun. I still like Cruz in many ways.
I agree. Heidi always has on nice dresses and the girls are always in cute clothes - don’t look inexpensive, not sure why they are always dressed the same, but oh well.
It’s not like he doesn’t have some money. He could go to one of the Men’s Wearhouse and/or Jos. A Banks sales and stock up on decent looking clothes that are custom tailored. I saw him giving his speech last night - he was standing behind the lectern but he did look decent - looked like a navy suit or blazer.
I’m watching hockey now. They are singing 0 Canada! We stand on guard for thee. Lol
Is it me, or am I noticing now that suddenly Cruz and Rubio are expressing their “love” for their supporters? Maybe they always did, but it seems to me that they’ve caught it from Trump.
Here’s a question for all? When was the last time we nominated a non politician for president running as a Republican, Democrat or Indy for that matter? Thats why Trump is resonating with so many Americans this time around plus we want a monkey wrench thrown in to gum up the works in DC and confound its connected elitists.
Lol! You nailed it!
Trump should have Georgia easily, anyway.

Trump got 100% of the delegates easily, and yet you’re not happy?
Quilting ...how awesome!!
I’d say Dwight Eisenhower.
And you’re right: Trump connects with people because he’s not a politician.
For all of the “We need outsiders!” “We need ass kickers!” blathered about on here, when one’s handed to them on a silver platter, they poo poo him.
It just proves that a lot of “conservatives” are BS artist contrarians.
Cruz was predicting that he would win SC like he won IA, because he had over 300 pastors from every county endorsing him, and 75 percent of the voters were Evangelicals. Yet, he did not win a single solitary county, and came away with ZERO delegates for his trouble.
I watched the talking heads last night about how it is possible to stop Trump. The problem with what they are saying is that NV is just 48 hours away, and Super Tuesday is just 9 days away. That does not give them any time to A) consolidate all non-Trump voters behind an establishment candidate, B) dig up tons of dirt on Trump to destroy him with, C) run millions of dollars of attack ads.
I don’t see how they can do all that in the time between now and Super Tuesday. They’ve already run millions of dollars of attack ads in IA, NH and SC with little effect. Opporesearch has only come up with old interviews of private citizen Trump saying stuff about issues that he had not really given much thought to, and those have all been dissected here and everywhere with little effect.
What they don’t seem to realize is that if Trump wins NV by double digits, he goes into Super Tuesday with a full head of steam. Every poll I’ve seen shows that he is leading by wide margins in all but two of the 12 ST states, but those polls were all taken prior to NH and SC.
If Trump wins 10 or even all 12 of the ST states, will anyone continue contributing to either Cruz or Rubio? Will anyone still vote for the guys who only come in 2nd, or 3rd, or will the majority vote for Trump, and get it over with?
Early voting has also begun in Tennessee..
Tuesday is the last day...
someone please tell Trump...
In a perfect world yes, Trump would have it but we have the gop trying to destroy and knock out their top candidate, with the devoted help of the media. This may take a little longer.
Someone stole my Trump Yard Signs, plus the remaining two Trump Signs from the Early Voting Site here in Smallville, TX.
At least they didn’t egg my house this time.
Canadian Values??
If Trump wins big in NV on Tuesday, he’ll go into Super Tuesday with a big head of steam. Last poll I saw from TX had Cruz leading by only 4 points. There could be the start of a bandwagon effect.
Will people continue voting for someone who has only come in 3rd in the last two or 3 contests, or will they decide to go with the guy who is winning? Trump could run the table on Super Tuesday, or win 10 or 11 out of the 12. If Rubio doesn’t at least win one state on ST, will anyone continue contributing to him? The same with Cruz?
Trump can afford to lose a few contests, but Cruz and Rubio MUST win somewhere or their campaigns will really start to flounder.
I’d like to see a tally of votes in all primaries thus far for both GOP & DEM. I think Trump has more votes that all other candidates combined. More importantly, look at GOP turnout vs. Dem turnout......
“NOt yet. I donât think this is going to be a cake walk until after Super Tuesday.”
I agree. The GOPE and others are constantly laying land mines for Trump. Next firewall is Florida.
I don’t think Jeb switched to contacts, I think he just stopped wearing his glasses so he couldn’t see the polls or read the handwriting on the wall.
