Sunday, February 21, 2016: GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally in Atlanta, GA at the Georgia World Congress Center. The event is scheduled to begin at 4:00 PM EST.
I live in LaGrange,GA only 52 miles from the area. I have tickets to attend, but I'm told already that lines are forming for the 4:00pm event.
In our local mall there is a mural size black and white photograph of John Kennedy in a convertible, riding through downtown LaGrange in October 10, 1960 for a campaign stop. At the time, there were roughly 23,000 people living here.
From here they drove to The Little White House, FDR's vaction home, in Warm Spring's, GA where he gave another speech.
Our airport is now bigger, and we have a tad more people, almost 35,000. So, I'll probably skip the Atlanta function today, unless I can hire a "place holder," and instead send an invite, via this posting to the Trump Team to consider LaGrange, GA for a campaign stop, on the way to Fort Benning, in Columbus. If it was good enough for Jack in 1960, it should be good enough for Donald in 2015.
IF ANYONE HAS ANY IN ROADS TO THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN PLEASE LINK THIS NEW THREAD TO THEM. I THANK YOU.

The lines are a mile long already I here.
I’m pretty sure I’m set on the details. ;)
Yes, I think he treated them like his dad treated him (maybe not so much Ivanka - but she’s very well-spoken, smart and seems very down to earth). Eric was on Fox and Friends in the last week or so and he said he could do almost any construction job - his dad had him out early on working the jobs.
Bingo...;0)
You’re right bad location, plus they’re having that beautician’s convention too. There’s over 50,000 people going to be there today in the center.
I’m glad we took a pass. Be sure to post a summary of what happens.
“Are we getting ‘tired’ of winning yet?”
Never. So much for “St. Rafael’s devastating ground game”, huh?
Now letâs see, the Cruzbots were rampaging when their cherub scored that YUGE 1 delegate win in Iowa. So now that The Donald has shredded him in the last two primaries, where are the big mouths now?
Yeah, I thought so. Cowards.
Excuse me. This thread is by invitation only. I don’t recall getting your RSVP. You have to leave. :-)
In fact, here’s a nice juicy thread that you can move over too, and have a field day on it:

TEd reminds me of a pig farmer I used to know in Idaho.
His personality is fine. It’s his supporters that have sunk him, which is pretty much to be expected when you use proselytizing as a campaign strategy.
Especially when you already come off with a natural slickness and slimyness!
If it bothers you that much why do you keep listening? Come on, Man.
Do you know if they supply Jumbotrons for the folks who couldn’t make it inside? Some way to see/hear the speeches for those who waited hours but still couldn’t get in?
I’ve been to electioneering events for “W” and Sarah Palin. For major celebrities you usually have to park miles away, get in line to board a bus to ride to the venue, go thru security, then wait inside for another hour or two. I’d estimate that this is still longer than those were by about 2 hours.
SEN. TED CRUZ: Look, we hope we do well. I believe we will do well. We've got an amazing team in Texas. I love Texans. And Texas is clearly the crown jewel of Super Tuesday. We believe we're going to do very, very well in Texas, and we're going to do very well across Super Tuesday. And we're headed right now in just an hour, we're headed to Nevada to go and work to earn votes there.MTP Transcript - Feb 21, 2016
Yup, Cruz hesitated too big time before he answered. Texas is where it gets very ugly!
Here in Tx when Cruz announced I was certain he was going to get my vote. Now with Trump in the game and crushing it with the top spot he’s probably getting it instead. If it was the reverse scenario I would stick with Cruz.
“Plus he has that one jacket”
Men’s “fashions” have the coat waaaaay too short. Trump dresses in “style” with the length perfect.
I saw that “fashionable” coat (and trousers too) Cruz wears.
The coat is so short his @ss was hanging out in the back and his gut in the front, and the sleeves were like 4 inches too short.
The suit was a minister’s “fear and foreboding” dark gray, and the pants were all gathered up in the ankle at least 5 inches to long.
The suit looked like he got it from Hong Kong tailors, you know you send in your measurements and $45 and you get a suit with an extra pair of pants.
“Obama wasnât a celebrity at this point in his first primary, just a first-term Senator who hadnât accomplished anything other than make speeches that ideologues loved. >>Sound familiar?<<”
Very.
Interesting how Obama (rightfully) gets criticized for running for POTUS the moment he steps in the Senate floor. But “St. Rafael de Canada” gets a complete pass on doing the exact same thing.
I guess the FR “Holier than thou” types missed on on what Jesus preached about hypocrites. He hated them. And it’s very clearly stated in The Bible.
Most likely the Cruzbots time out when they stumble upon words like “hypocrites” - more than one syllable and their grasp on English becomes tenuous at best.
Texans do things BIG! Trump is Yuge!
I bet there are thousands and thousands just like you too! Trump will win Texas.
Instead of a fixed consultant driven template, Trump is morphing to situational changes.
And BTW, Trump and his Family looked World Class!
