Sharyl Attkisson's Full Measure A sobering investigation into the cost of medical services, where the difference can be THOUSANDS for the EXACT SAME PROCEDURE! How can they vary so widely, even within the same city?
Read my post 95 on this issue.
Didn’t hear Cain’s show. Trump has also discussed getting things done - he’s a doer. Perhaps Cain meant what Trump has been discussing, that Pubbies aren’t doing what they were sent to DC to do: end Obamacare, stop illegals, stop the fast trade deal, curtail the budget, etc.
Do you think he meant that?
No candidate is being honest about kenyancare. The fact is the Dems nuked the old system. There is nothing to go back to. Millions have lost their employer provided health care & millions more are now on the no preexisting condition “insurance” gravy train. Some form of expanded socialized medicine is here to stay, unfortunately.
Like I said, we’re way past the tipping point. It is a good time to be old.
I think many, many people have spoken on what the Founders meant. It is certainly an issue every time someone who was not born in this country or have foreign parents encounters when running for the presidency. Obama faced it, as well as McCain, Bobby Jindal, and others just to name a few. My own daughter was born at the Army’s Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany. I suppose that would be an issue if she ever ran for president!
Seattle Conservative is simply saying the issue hasn’t been fully resolved. Perhaps it never will be.
and you “If” is a specious argument that could be used a thousand different ways and clarifies nothing.
Trump cut Wallace to the bone by referring to Anderson Cooper as a “great interviewer” a number of times. Trump’s dislike of Wallace was palpable even through the TV screen.
Stephy asked Donald about Trumps Saturday re tweet.
Trump threw more chum into the water.
Trump stated he is not a lawyer, but yes, other lawyers argue Rubio is not eligible.
Trump says people are free to discuss the issue, and who knows where the discussion goes.
The re tweet video makes a clear sober arguement Rubio is not eligible.
Rubio comes on next and defers the opportunity to make a clear statement that yes, he Rubio is eligible.
Rubio instead deflects and makes a joke about Trumps campaign playbook.
The question of Rubios eligibility continues to float within this primary processs.
“Once they turn”? Aside from a very few exceptions, they’ve been leading the firing squad from the get-go!
Which one of these candidates have lived without a big gummit check all their lives. You expect them to shrink the hog they live off?
Rush savored Trump early on while it was considered to be a sideshow. Stoked his audience about it. Since around November/December his fawning has tempered. He’s been pointing out more and more of Trump’s cracks while mostly ignoring similar from Cruz and Rubio. I expect he will continue to ramp up his critical eye toward Trump and continue the escalation as Trump notches wins and strength. Do I see him as being as critical as Beck and Levin? No. But his over the summer and fall pleasure in Trump has changed as sideshow became more of a reality. Trump is not his man and that will play out more and more.
Wallace and Fox are in pure panic mode. Enjoy the pain of knowing the person they have spent 5 mos destroying is going to be the nominee.
I am going to start using fariness. I love it.
Excellent points DanZ.
Whether it was a hit or not is still in dispute. Even though the "pillow on the head" quote is now also in dispute. That's been mysteriously blurred as so often happens when the regime appears to be in jeopardy.
What may wind up being interesting is that it's quite possible that Scalia may have gotten close enough to Roberts to have unearthed what we already know. Namely, that Roberts smuggled in his kids first from Ireland to Central America and then to the US.
If Scalia learned the inside details which very few possibly know he may have placed an even bigger target on his back than just the third of three conservatives left on the eight seat bench.
That possibility exits as well,IMHO. We know that Scalia spent nearly a month trying to get Roberts to go back to his original take on obmacare which was against instead of his finla take which was for.
Scalia undoubtedly had many many conversations with judge Roberts leading one to question whether or not the blackmail potential didn't come up. If we know what happened with his kids scalia knew. It would be naive to think it wasn't discussed. If Scalia had first hand info about the regime blackmailing a fellow justice, his target size just doubled.
The scotus bench now is only 4/4 when smaller issues arise. When it's a big issue you have to be smoking stuff to think that Robert's is on the conservative side.Compromised or not his track record says as much.
Anyway if it was a hit on Scalia which I rate at 50/50 there were multiple reasons for the regime to get rid of him.
Exactly right. Cruz was the real loser last night. It had all of his people and they turned their backs.
I think Rush got an earful from a number of us who demanded he be fair, balanced and objective and not shill for anyone no matter who it was.
I think it worked,we shall see.
I have to agree with you as well for many in leadership. But that still leaves a massive number of people who believe the lies and ignore reality. The media/press included.
Cruz just on with Stuffy Stephy lying his foreign ass off about the Donald. Yeah the Donalds for o-care,welfare for this for that, same ol’ lies just trying to get a little attention. Even negative attention from Donald.Sick puppy.
Whoa, calm down. I was just responding to another poster. I really don’t know what the accurate definition of NBC is - have read pros on cons on FR and still trying to decide. I support Trump, but would support Cruz or Rubio if they were the nominee (not that it would matter in WA State).
I’m not sure who the “two natural born citizens born on American soil” you are referring to. If you think that is the definition of NBC, then I agree with that as do many others. However, some think that the definition of NBC can include individuals other that someone born on US soil that were born to 2 parents that were born on US soil.
Rubio was born in the US, but his parents were not US citizens at the time. Cruz was born in Canada and his mother was a US citizen.
I think your example is a bit specious - I don’t see Trump ever marrying a Muslim woman. And, if he did and the kids were born and raised in the US as Christians, it might not be an issue.
What about a non-citizen, such someone coming over from Syria as a refugee or Mexico just before delivery, having a baby here (essentially an anchor baby). Could/should the anchor baby be able to be president - IMHO no.
Look, bottom line I think many of us would like to see this resolved sooner rather than later. If Cruz or Rubio are the Republican nominee, the Dims will take them to court (Alan Grayson in Fl has already threatened that). It would create a huge chaotic environment right before the general election.
Anybody see Trump’s retweet?

Best picture ever.
Wow, the pundits’ heads are exploding on Steffi’s show this morning. They are truly losing it. Someone said Trump is a result of Republicans allowing evil in and the Tea Party. LOLOL. No, honey, the Tea Party and Trump are a direct result of Obama, the socialist left and the Republicans caving to them. The woman said once Hillary goes against Trump on foreign policy experience, she’ll get independents. I can’t tell if I’m watching a news show or cartoons.
