Momentum and perception are everything at this point in a primary. Ted is now lagging badly in both areas, which will make it all that much harder for him to recover.
Trump, on the other hand, is powering ahead in those two areas, and looks set to take Nevada, which will only serve to magnify the disparities between them.
Look for Trump to truly put the squeeze on Ted in the coming weeks. He’s got to knock him out to fully engage with his real opponent - the GOP-e.
Trump will win Nevada easily. It’s a casino capital after all. Not to mention a Romney state. Cruz has tons of states he can get momentum in in March. See list here:
