he media never found a single voter in Iowa who switched from Carson to Cruz based on the e-mails about Carson suspending his campaign. Not one.
Did they look? I did and personally found three! :)
They just had exit polls that showed Bush’s support divided mostly between Cruz and Rubio but some to Trump and Carson

He’s so laid back he makes me nervous.

Interesting. I’d be surprised if Cruz got much of that. Rubio of course. Odd that Carson would get any. I could see some go to Kasich before Carson.

One of the biggest shocks in my life happened tonight when I turned on the news and Jeb had dropped out and not Carson. I really thought Jeb would stay in until Florida. But there maybe some shenanigans going on with Carson. Who knows.
You are so absolutely correct! I respect and admire Ben Carson, but all damage to his campaign was self-inflicted by both him and his campaign staff.

Dr. Carson is a good man and a brilliant neurosurgeon. He had the GUTS to take it DIRECTLY to Dear Leader at the Prayer Breakfast years ago. Cost him a neuroendoscope of an audit by the Soetaro IRS. That alone makes me respect him.
And that “call out” really got to Barry (and Val). Why? Dr. Carson is EVERYTHING the “historic” Obama claimed to be. A brilliant student; came from humble, single mom, low income background. Carsons story is inspiration; Obamas is pretty much made up.
Carson can campaign straight thru Cleveland as far as I am concerned.
Saw an article while back that said Cruz is tops for second choice and Trump is last. That’s where the talkers get the position that Trump is maxed out at about 33%. The article is a little dated now, though.

Trump got 44 of 50 delegates. He ran the smart way and outsmarted all the other political experts. No one thought he would get these many delegates. If he keeps this up the next couple of weeks.... The GOPe is going to have to resort to non-ballot measures now.
Trump better increase his security.
