South Carolina is a winner-take-all, the only one until March 15.
South Carolina is a not a winner-take-all contest, it is a State level and district level distribution. The winner of the State wins 29 delegate and the winner of each of the seven districts wins three delegates.
Now it looks like Trump will win each of the districts and end up winning all of the delegates, but it isn’t a technical winner-take-all contest.
Good shot,
I think you got’em. Thanks.
As other folks have left the race, Trumps numbers increased from 32-36 to 36 to 42.
YES!! How ‘bout that???!!
Effectively it is winner-take-all.
It is true that Trump seems to have come in at 32.4% tonight. That is on the low end of the preliminary numbers I posted. I wasn’t however intending to peg the South Carolina numbers. People have been dropping out in weeks past, and I was attempting to cover the dynamic nation-wide figures we have seen in the polls in recent days, how those have been impacted.
Both of you have a good night.
Thanks.
Thought it was funny how we were talking national and Trump hits it in SC.
“Close”???? Well, maybe for second place but I bet they were being deliberately misleading over at Communist News Network but water will always be wet.
The bank said those are counterfeit numbers.
If Trump isn't paying you, he should. Because I suspect that I am not the only one disgusted with your post and who will vote for Trump just to put a thumb in the eye of you and your disagreeable ilk.
The tenderfoots of FR sure are a squishy, soft and dainty bunch. Maybe you should invest in a safe room.
Thanks for making my point. However, I suspect you are being disgreeable merely to get attention.
