I didn't think they had voting machines at a Caucus?
Well, I am not sure what they referred to but there was a glitch in the system.
Well, technically they are a voting machine but it’s actually a time saving ‘Coin Flipping’ machine that’s preloaded with double sided coins.
I live in Nevada but I am not sure how the democrats run their caucus as it is different than how the republicans do. As I understand it, the voters go stand in area for their candidate, and then the people in each group are counted. I am not completely sure this is exactly how it is done because as I said we do it differently in the Republican caucus (which is next Wednesday, starts at 5 pm.) We organize by precinct, have about an hour for discussion, and then vote by secret ballot, which I think is a better way to do it.
