It really has no meaning any more. George Will is a conservative, Rubio calls himself one, and on and on. At this point is means “eunuch” at best.

I actually gave up on calling myself a conservative several years ago, called myself a Constitutionalist instead.

This is why, when referring to GOP-e or DC Republicans, it's easier (and also more accurate) simply to use the term "Cucks" as in "We are Cuckservatives":
