OK, so you are saying Trump will allow Congress to come up with the plan. The same Congress that is all establishment. Why vote for Trump if he just sits there and lets Congress dictate the replacement.

He has said a hundred times he would get these leaders together and hammer out a plan. Where do you see anything about Trump he is a shrinking violet?

No, Trump will have leverage as President with the veto. He can propose certain elements he would like to see in the plan like HSAs, mandatory insurance of those with preexisting conditions, parents keeping their children on their policies to age 26, selling policies across state lines, etc.

The WH will be an active partner with Congress.
