Hubs was watching the news tonight and Cruz started to speak. He groaned and turned the channel.
“I can’t withstand more than 30 seconds of listening to this crap.”
I poked him a bit (just for fun). “You’ve never once said that about Trump.”
He gave me a look of disbelief then bellowed, “That’s because he doesn’t spew political b*llsh*t every time he opens his mouth!! He actually *talks* like a human being! I can’t *believe* that I identify more with a billionaire than anyone else, but at least he’s honest!”
Snicker.
