I was asking about a southern phrase and you send me an election result?
No straight answer.
Original was ‘kinda sorta’ southern/western. Mostly a term used by people familiar with the care of horses. A horse, riden hard or exercised, should be groomed before putting away.
Now the connotation is something else. Sometime. :)
