I don't necessarily disagree. Congress votes to approve weapons that the Pentagon does not want. This has been going on for 100 years. Trump is not going to affect that. A senator is not going to vote to hurt thousands of potential voters, so they will continue to vote for weapon systems that help their state/district.

Trump's comment is a bit naïve.

Just keep eye on Lexington County...that is where the votes have come from...only 1 percent so far from there...however, this is the county the best determines the total electorate in South Carolina...good balance. Trump up 36 percent, Cruz 21, Rubio 18
