Two grown men running for president met in a storage closet last night. The meeting, called by Ted Cruz in an attempt to mend fences with Ben Carson ahead of the South Carolina primary, was held on Thursday night before the Conservative Review convention. The two huddled in the unusual venue for nearly 20 to 25 minutes, as Carson's Secret Service detail stood outside, according to a Republican operative who witnessed the strange scene.

Carson has no obligation to Cruz what so ever. Cruz screwed up and he is running a very nasty negative campaign. Carson, Trump, Rubio and Paul have all accused Cruz of lying.

I appreciate your zeal and honest support for Trump, but don't pretend that you give a flying FREEPER what Carson or any of the others have said about Cruz.
Do you hate Cruz because he's Latino?? You know, this is the first time that it occurred to me that some folks here might be going batshit wild about Trump because of a racial (not "racist") sentiment. Nevermind, it was just a thought, but there has to be some reason FREEPERS will all but sell their soul to the devil to elect Trump.

I'm like you, but I always go to the polls even if I have vote 3rd party or to write in "Donald Duck".
I’m gonna go out on a limb and say that, in that photo, Ben does not appear to believe him and doesn’t like him very much.
Cruz is Nixon.
Christians are called to forgive.....
....but they are human and it is harder to forget, takes longer
Christian Corrie ten Boom forgave the abusive German guard at Ravensbruck when she was sent to the concentration camp during the Holocaust......where her sister died.....and at other imprisonment locations her father and newphew died or were killed...
God gave her the strength and courage.....when the guard asked.......to say ..’ I forgive you’......but how can one ever forget the deaths of multiple members of one’s family.
What Cruz or Cruz Team did ......affected the outcome of one state during an election.
....it doesn’t rise to the level of Corrie ten Boom’s loss...
STILL.....an ‘I’m sorry, forgive me’ ...doesn’t rejuvenate a political campaign either ........or bring loved ones back from the dead.
In reading the story, it appears Carson was at peace with the closet outcome.....
carson wasn’t obligated to meet with Ted, but he did.
....but Cruz perhaps wanted more from the experience.....ie, a piblic hug from Carson or public words of solidarity.......and didn’t receive that.
Thise of you who are impugning Carson’t Chritianity should cease and desist.
Ted wanted Ben to drop out and endorse him.

Please provide a link to your condemnation of trump for saying Carson was “like a child molester”. If you can, you’re words may have some merit. If you cannot you’re just another hypocritical hack and can rightly be ignored as such.
Ignoring this or attacking me will serve as tacit acknowledgement of being a hypocritical hack. Balls in your court chief.

It’s a calculation. Ted is in trouble because the evangelical vote is split. The *only* thing that puts Iowa to bed once and for all is for Ben to drop out and endorse Ted before the SEC primary. Ted might not beat Donald, but he would vanquish Marco.
I’m guessing the doctor declined. lol
