Exactly!

They will disqualify Cruz based on his birth if he is winning. It does not matter if Cruz is elgible or not. The DNC along with GOPe will shop a judge to agree with them. In the meanwhile at the Republicans through a brokered convention will nominate Rubio.

I wish Cruz supporters understood this. Cruz is being used to siphon votes from Trump. If Cruz and Trump could quit attacking each other. Then we can easily defeat the Establishment.

A Trump//Cruz ticket would be unstoppable. In the meanwhile too then Cruz could work on his eligibility through the courts and become POTUS in 2024.

Conservatives would rule for 16 years. However, if Cruz continues on the current path, then he will never be POTUS.

Not if Cruz isn't eligible.

Let's get the issue settled, once and for all.

I agree with you that Cruz should be sorting this out so there's one definition for Natural Born Citizen, thus eligibility. Cruz says he knows he's eligible, so why didn't he have someone with standing file the suits and get ahead of it? He's young; couldn't he have waited four years (I can't imagine Trump wanting two terms) and in the meantime get respect for helping clean out the DC Sewer aka US Senate.

Now it's in the courts, without Cruz taking ownership of the process. And the questions are up at a very bad time.

I could see Trump/Rubio as the best ticket, Where one has weaknesses, the other has strengths. Rubio has been doing a very fine job regaining his footing after Christie's attack. Cruzers aren't being helpful to the conservative initiative by tearing down Trump and Rubio. What happens if they were to succeed, and then Cruz wasn't eligible?

So much about the Cruz campaign has me shaking my head in disbelief. We were told that Cruz was the smartest guy and best debator in DC. Haven't seen it.
