I agree it should be settled, but the DNC and GOPe will shop a judge to rule against Cruz.
During this period the GOPe will say we have to fill the ranks with someone who does not have this. The delegates will vote in a brokered Republican convention, and they will insert most likely Rubio.
Trump is way way left of Romney and McCain.

I, too, often struggle to neatly encapsulate complex thoughts into tidy little packages. Perhaps it’s a learned skill, and I’m just getting better at it in my old age ;-)

If Jeb gets out, his supporters go to Rubio. I would rather there be 3 establishment candidates splitting their votes, than also-rans like Carson being spoilers for the conservative vote.
