Produce handguns thathave proper registrion marks and look legal in every way, but with a “specail safety feature” that will allow it to fire completely untraceable ammunition, made by someone else. That way, the people who want to use it legally can have one and all the scumbags who want “privacy” can have lockout and “special ammo” for illegal use! Huh? Good one, don’t you think?
