The current occupier doesn’t meet those standards.

He does if the court accepts that he was actually born in Hawaii, which became a state in 1959.

Of course, I'd love to see the evidence for his Hawaiian birth disputed in court, but that ain't a gonna happen.

No kidding? I used to live in Kaneohe on O'ahu, but I've never been to the state of Hawai'i...

As to Obama, he doesn't have American parentS.

A win for Cruz on this would be to hand them a birth certificate made on a computer with his birth in a US State. Make it look identical in form to Obama’s BC.

Then argue that what was good enough for Obama must be good enough for Cruz.... No???
