Nah. It’s okay. Trump’s letting this go because the point has already been made:
Once an Argentine communist, always an Argentine communist.

Pope praise bloody Castro and blasts Trump. Castro has an Ocean to keep his people inside Cuba, he doesn’t need a wall to jail the Cuban people.

I think even Cruz supporters are on board with the Pope apologizing to Trump, certainly Catholic Cruz supporters. It would not surprise me at all if Ted Cruz publicly calls for the papal apology.

Religious leaders and sports talk hosts should stay away from politics.
They should follow the Jordan Rule: Republicans buy Nikes, too.

Great stuff. Even Trump could not have brought this level of publicity. The Lord Works in Mysterious Ways, so it seems.
Now it's part of the discussion that places that have been safe from forces of destruction, such as the Vatican, are protected by impressive walls.

LOL! Local pundit spoke last night w/local news caster: 'it's the fault of the MFM" not Mr. Pope, not Mr. T - the media and their misleading, gotcha questions. By the way, the pundit disclosed he was actually a Cruzer. Go!

Ignoring the Pope works better for me.

This is a hanging curveball over the plate. Pope who lives behind 60 foot walls shouldn’t throw insults at someone trying to build a wall. Trump should say he plans build the wall and use the Vatican walls as his model. Hey Donald pick the spot in bleachers where you plan put this one.

In light of Trump admonishing the Pope for questioning his religion, should he apologize to Ted Cruz & Ben Carson?
"How can Ted Cruz be an Evangelical Christian when he lies so much and is so dishonest?"
"Just remember this - you gotta remember, in all fairness, to the best of my knowledge, not too many evangelicals come out of Cuba, OK?"
"I'm Presbyterian," Trump said. "Boy, that's down the middle of the road, folks, in all fairness. I mean, Seventh-day Adventist, I don't know about. I just don't know about."
Does he have to, no, but I'd respect him if he said, "In light of current events, I want to apologize to Ted & Ben if it seemed I was questioning their faith."
Done, move on. ...big brownie points.

Here'd what the Pope actually said: POPE FRANCIS: "Thank God he said I was a politician because Aristotle defined the human person as "animal politicus." So at least I am a human person. As to whether I am a pawn, well, maybe, I don't know. I'll leave that up to your judgment and that of the people. And then, a person who thinks only about building walls, wherever they may be, and not building bridges, is not Christian. This is not in the Gospel. As far as what you said about whether I would advise to vote or not to vote, I am not going to get involved in that. I say only that this man is not Christian if he has said things like that. We must see if he said things in that way and in this I give the benefit of the doubt."
What part of that deserves forgiveness?
