After today's spat with the pope, Trump will be seen by 100 million people by the end of the evening news. Trump has sucked out all the international oxygen too. Go Trump!

Maybe so, but it still annoys the hell out of me. What has happened to the Catholic faith?

He’s a pragmatist. He deals with reality.

It is a lot like the seasons. Right now we are in autumn going into a brutal winter where everything dies off. The Catholic church is no different. A lot of dead wood is being burned down.

Yup, and Jeb is a freaking moron. He’s an embarrassment to men.

It worked out better than if Gore or Kerry had been elected.

Who cares. Cruz will win Florida, Texas, and probably lots of the other southern states.

Cruz is finished. Even the religious right realizes that our open borders and appeasement to Islamist jihadists takes immediate precedence over abortion, homosexual marriage, and the breakdown of the family.

Also, Cruz will get destroyed by the Left on the natural-born citizen issue.

Last week it was, “Ted will now win all the Southern States.”

What’s next week’s line going to be?

As the curtain comes down on Saint Ted, all his supporters have left is occasionally clever remarks that linger briefly then are carried away by the draft from the Trump Express.

I don’t think Trump gets quite enough recognition. The mainstream media continue to try and play him down, hoping that one of their establishment boys gains traction.

Maybe 4 years of Kerry would have spared us The Usurper.

“WASHINGTON — Pope Francis criticized Donald Trump on Thursday, saying the GOP front-runner is “not Christian” for his stance on immigration.”

He also hates Trump’s capitolism.

The problem is..the pope isn’t God. He’s not a reader of the heart and mind. He’s a man, and as a man, he has socialist leanings.

The pope’s job is try and draw people into the Roman Empire. Trumps job as a President is to protect a country.

The pope lives behind walls and has a protective police force. He rides around in an armored car. America doesn’t. He depends on handouts for his clothing and meals. People have to work for every morsel of food they get. They wear polyester, not silks. If they have a few spare bucks, they buy rhinestones, not rubies. And they don’t expect people to kiss their rings, either. And that’s if they’re blessed to live in a free land of plenty. Many don’t even have a clean glass of water, like the pope does.

The pope is out of place, and is obviously comparing apples with oranges.

I find the so-called religious leader’s comments, appalling.

Trump vs. Sanders

Trump: 49 States.

I’ll concede VT and D.C. to Sanders.

Cillizza actually gets it. Or, at least he gets the reality. He hasn’t really delved into Trump’s appeal, but so far he seems to be a reasonably honest reporter.
