We need to come up with our own that changes the seal to the Imperial Logo from starwars. I still can't get over the Lady Liberty burning at the stake on the bottom.

Someone on another site claims it is a throwback to the Romanian Fascist organization, The Iron Guard.

I couldn't find any of their icons after five minutes' desultory searching.

But I'll tell you what it reminds *me* of:

A cross between Nazi imagery and an old-fashioned TV test pattern (back in the days when stations would occasionally lose the signal)...
