U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is 'not Christian' because of his views on immigration, Pope Francis said on his way back to Rome from Mexico. The pope said, however, he did not want to advise American Catholics on whether or not to vote for Trump. In a freewheeling conversation with reporters on his flight back from a visit to Mexico, Francis was asked about Trump and some of his statements, such as vowing to build a wall between the United States and Mexico if he becomes president.

The sedevacantist position is that the Holy See has been vacant since the death of Pope Pius XII in 1958 and that the proof of this is in the VCII changes.

This would mean that not only is Francis not valid, neither were Benedict, John Paul I & II, Paul VI and John XXIII. I reject this position because I think it contradicts Matthew 16:18 and 28:20. Even with the Western Schism and Avignon Papacy, the Church was able to go back and determine which pope was valid, we don't have that here.

The ONLY reason I could think of to invalidate Francis is if it was revealed that Benedict was forced to step down and there has never even been a hint of that.

Historically accurate.

However, the sedevacantists and those who sympathize with them are acknowledging the notion that a pope could be illegitimate.

He was just here right across the border from which he traversed a 40 ft built up incline with a cross at the end overlooking the Rio Grande into the US. The marched back down an had a Mass for Migrants. You know PC for boarder jumpers!

If the sedevacantists are correct, this pope is absolutely illegitimate.

The ONLY reason I could think of to invalidate Francis is if it was revealed that Benedict was forced to step down and there has never even been a hint of that.

Unless the following is true:

--------------

BANKERS' FINANCIAL BLACKMAIL FORCED BENEDICT XVI TO "RESIGN"

"The piece is of Maurizio Blondet. He writes that Pope Benedict was forced to resign not only because of internal pressures, but also because the SWIFT payment system had excluded the Vatican from the entire worldwide payment system, controlled by the USA. The Vatican's bank was immediately readmitted when the Pope announced his resignation. This makes the Pope's resignation invalid because they were not free from any sort coercion / duress. The election of Bergoglio was by consequence also invalid, which is what Father Paul Kramer has said from the start, all the way through..."

Hey, Donald—don’t be afraid to mention the “C” word, as in Crusade.

We need a HUGE one right now!

Yeah, unfortunately. It’s moral defamation by insinuation, and it’s beneath the dignity of the papacy.

A vow of silence for Lent would be such a good idea.

Isn’t there a wall around the White House? Oh, wait. The inhabitant there is a Muslim. Never mind.
