It means that Obamugabe does not consider a member of SCOTUS as his equal; regardless of the Constitutional equivalency.
One can easily discern what priorities and loyalties this person in the White House has by simply viewing who he pays his respects to, and who he doesn’t. It is interesting that he went to Chris Kyle’s and Margaret Thatcher’s funerals within a couple of months of each other, both of whom I am sure would have detested the essence of Obama in his entirety. It would be interesting to look at the current events between Feb and Apr of 2013 to see what was going on. My guess is advisers were trying to adjust his “optics” in some way.
