Does it really matter what he says? Apparently he could shoot someone on the street or say that GWB lied us into war and his supporters will still support. We are in a post-idea world...
So basically Trump thinks Scalia was a racist. Not surprised.

It has never been applied again.

Being a Constitutionalist , but since its doubtful you have a firm grasp on conservative,liberal,progressive and classical liberal I am not really all that impressed with your views.
What Scalia said is true and it’s been proven in studies, over and over again. Some Black students are smart enough to go to Ivy League schools and they should be there. Others are put in the debt of Ivy League schools because of their skin color (affirmative action) and they naturally fail. The come out feeling failure and with a huge debt. They would have been better off going to a different school.
isn’t the ruling class the same as Pelosi Shumer and McConnell? which candidate do they prefer? The one that can do deals with them or the one they hate and call nasty?

Actually the black is not required, some students are not and pushing them into a school that they will fail in or that will fail them (grades for just being the right type of student) is NOT a helpful for the student.
