President Trump's Supreme Court nominee
email from the democrats | February 16, 2016 | Amy K. Dacey

Here's the reality:

When President Obama fulfills his constitutional obligation by naming his nominee for the Supreme Court, Republicans in Congress are going to do every single thing they can to try to prevent his choice from making it onto the bench. They'd prefer to delay, delay, delay until they elect a President Cruz or President Trump who can nominate someone who supports their brand of extreme conservativism.

Well, we've got to let them know that we won't take this kind of obstructionism without a fight. We also won't let them elect a Republican president who will roll back every inch of progress we've made and appoint justices who feel the same.

[Gratitous whinning for money removed.]

Thank you for standing up with us and fighting for our shared Democratic values -- it means so much to me now, and it will mean the world to the millions of Americans whose lives are changed for the better when we have a leader in the Oval Office who will build on President Obama's historic progress.

All the best,

Amy

Mister trump has already suggested his uber liberal, pro choice sister for the High Court.

Yep at least he will have that chance since he will be President. If you think Trump is going to pick a 79 year old woman then you are even dumber then I though. You don’t even have common sense.

You would make a great SCOTUS judge too, but I am not going to nominate you. Levin would make a great SCOTUS judge says Cruz. Not same as saying I will nominate my fillinthe blank. Just quit.

I understand your point, but the implication from Mister trump is there, and that is that his uber liberal sister would have the quals in his alleged mind.

Mister trump's inner-progressive finds ways of finding daylight, especially when he is flustered or (being highly inarticulate) at a loss for words.

Again, your point about qualified v will nominate is reasonable and valid.
