It’s obvious that you don’t listen to Limbaugh.
After all of Obama’s unconstitutional executive orders, and other crap, the Republican controlled Senate has all the moral, legal, and political authority they need on this one to just run out the clock. Especially if they keep running quotes of Chucky Schumer declaring that he would not allow any Reagan nominations for the SC to go through during the remaining 18 months of Reagan’s second term. Purely on political grounds. End of argument. (Of course, our Republican leaders don’t have the guts it takes to even play out the clock with a clear precedent.)
Look for Obama to nominate (not “appoint”) a Muslim, who will have the mission of introducing Sharia law into the “interpretation” (destruction) of our Constitution.
Well, you might be right about that and this is why I and many, many of us will sleep restlessly until Nov.
