Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump said Monday that the Republican party is breaking its pledge to stay neutral while pouncing on GOP rivals who attacked him at a weekend debate.
“I have never met people like politician. They are the most dishonest people I have ever met,†the New York billionaire said during a stop at Mount Pleasant hotel on Monday. “They lie, lie, lie and then they apologize.".....
Trump suggested that the Republican National Committee was not honoring a pledge to not hurt his campaign if the businessman promised not to mount a third-party presidential run.
Trump was booed several times during the Republican presidential debate Saturday in Greenville for criticizing other candidates. Trump said the debate audience was stacked with lobbyists and big Republican donors.
“I signed a pledge,†Trump said. “But the pledge is not being honored by them. ... They are in default of their pledge.â€
Trump, the winner of the New Hampshire primary last week, spent most of his speech to several hundred spectators going after U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, his closest rival in South Carolina.
He blasted Cruz for distorting his stance on the Second Amendment during the debate. Cruz has said Trump would erode gun ownership laws if elected, while Trump calls himself the biggest gun rights advocate in the race.
“I think he’s an unstable person,†Trump said of Cruz.
Trump called Cruz a “bad liar†who stole the Iowa caucus when the senator’s volunteers spread rumors about GOP candidate Ben Carson leaving the race. Cruz won while Trump finished second.

Ok, Trump calls Cruz the single biggest liar. Then for proof he says it was because Cruz’s team reported what CNN implied and didn’t correct on air for hours.
Then the other reason Trump cites for Cruz being a “liar” is because he dared send out mailers that Trump didn’t like.
None of that makes anyone a “liar” except one person, Trump!

Yep... this says that some of those polls that have come out saying Cruz may not be far behind...... may be accurate.
He partied with both Dems and Republicans as a private citizen. Republicans party with Democrats, too. They treat one another as different branches of the same party, so why shouldn’t he? Cruz got a taste of what it’s like to step out of line, didn’t he, when he was playing Jimmy Stewart?

He’s probably as fed up as the rest of us here with getting rabbit-punched by self-styled “conservatives” who say black is white, then apologize for a cheap shot, then next round, land a punch in the `nads ... “Hey, sorry sorry sorry ...”
Cruz has never met a payroll, but if he behaved like this in the business world he would be writing out severance notices to his employees. Others wouldn’t put up with it and he would be ostracized. But in Washington DC it’s standard practice. “Outsider” Cruz is just another victim of Beltway Fever.
Trump and all his liberal buddies he got elected suffer from Munchausen syndrome by proxy they screw up the country (Trump himself is very proud to admit he get very liberal people elected so he could line his pockets with gold) with their policies and made the country sick but they are the only ones that can cure it.
It’s fine, let them have their tantrums. They don’t care that “most principled conservative EVAR” has an utter scum bag for a campaign manager that has no qualms lying to and intimidating voters. If that’s the conservative values they want to get into bed with, that’s on them. Trump is crass when it comes to badgering the political elites, but he has enough respect for the voters to not inundate them with spam and lies.
It’s all good, it’ll be over soon enough. Sure. I’ll vote for Ted if he wins the nomination. But if their “Anointed One” goes up and then crashes and burns miserably, which I’m guessing he will, we can thank them for the following 8 years of communism.
Can any of you Trumpeters remind me of what The Donald (blessing be upon) has said against Hillary and Bernie?
