Will a President Trump select a supreme court justice that allows more “private” eminent domain, confiscations to take place? And would a President Cruz do the same?
Do you go for the Hail Mary pass, hoping a Republican becomes President? Hopefully the Senate stays Republican.
What if the Senate turns democrat in the election?
What if Hillary or Bernie wins? It’s all over.
Maybe a fight with Obama now for an acceptable nominee would be better?
Who knows? The devil you know vs the devil you don’t know.
I not proposing one over the other. There are pitfalls in all of the choices.
What is the best path forward?
Trump sounded like with Fox and msm putting Cruz’s accusations out there that he won’t have time to expose the lies before the election.
Cruz does smell more than a little desperate. I’m guessing he’s looking at a list of rock concerts and planning on jumping up on stage in order to claim that they are really Cruz rallies.
Well I hope Trump doesn’t rave about and push judges like Obamacare Roberts. /s

In Mt. Pleasant, SC this morning Trump hit Cruz hard this morning on his lies and in particular hit him hard on him accepting money from homosexual activists that worked long and hard to get same-sex “marriage” passed. Called him a hypocrite. People in SC are Christians that can spot a fraud a mile away and knowing that Cruz begs homosexuals for money will not go over too good. And guess what? It’s not a lie.
I never mentioned Cruze in my post. Whats a ‘human been’? I think you guys need to go back to DU now.
This is an easy one. All Trump has to do is simply issue a statement, that he will only appoint strict constitutionalists to the court.

I have to agree. Cruz is sounding desperate. He has been telling one fib after another. I used to think he had more class then this. After Iowa and these lying attacks it sure has lowered by estimation of the man.
