All I am saying is that procedure was at best sloppily performed
THAT’S CONJECTURE. That’s YOU making conjecture. And this is me pointing out that YOU keep making unsupported pointless conjecture without actually making any myself.
I base my opinion on reported events and the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure. I question how the judge could determine or confirm the nature and cause of death without an autopsy, without a sample of body fluids, tissues, or organs, or without even viewing the body. I think it irregular that the judge had ample time to go to the Ranch but didn’t - because a Marshall told her it is “not necessary for you to come, judge”. This is not conjecture.
You base your opinion on “equipment and cool stuff” like “smartphones that can transmit all kinds of data, including letting the judge visually inspect the body from anywhere”. You offer nothing to support your conjecture that the judge visually inspected the body via cell phone. You shrug your shoulders, “hey old people die”.
