No. Don’t sleep with a pillow over my face. You cannot
get adequate oxygen into your body doing that. - Try to
not have many digital lights in the bedroom. Have a
couple of night lights you can flip on so you don’t
trip over the cat or dog on your way to the bathroom.
Keep a flashlight beside your bed & keep batteries in
it.
I sleep with a pillow over my head, sometimes 2, depending on how loud my husband is snoring.
