Could Obama appoint himself as Supreme Court judge during the holiday recess just before inauguration? Two weeks of President Biden? Or if that's not possible, resign first and have a President (for two weeks) Biden appoint him?

We don't have to worry. Obama is lazy. Any job he takes will mean all he does is travel around the world, play golf and basketball, read speeches off teleprompters. More likely he'll be on some beach somewhere on a permanent vacation. Sitting on his rear end in Supreme Court meetings in the winter in DC? No way.
