The judge wasn’t using HIPAA to claim she couldn’t talk about the shoulder MRI, and if the doctor had said anything about dangerous pre-existing conditions this would have been the time to say so (yet she didn’t). That sounds like the OPPOSITE of the doctor saying there were pre-existing conditions that explained the death.
