Justice Scalia’s family didn’t want an autopsy. Absent any evidence whatsoever of foul play I think their request should be honored.
It’s not up to the family to decide that. It’s up to law enforcement and/or the officials who pronounce death. And that democrat judge somehow thought she could call heart attack as COD without an autopsy, even though Scalia sleeping through it would suggest cardiac arrhythmia, which doesn’t just happen to a sleeping person unless they’ve had heart surgery, been extremely ill, or been exposed to arrhythmia-inducing chemicals (some of which would not appear in a toxicology screen).
Eagles6, can you check that I’m saying this right, and correct if anything I’ve said is medically incorrect?
Once the family knew that a dem operative was not only setting the media narrative but was also in control of the official records, why fight it as a family and put your whole family at risk of the same thing happening to them?
The decision we’re all concerned with was the decision by this judge to play doctor and destroy evidence so that nobody who was a REAL doctor could examine the body and double-check her (medically erroneous) claims on the death certificate.
