According to the news tonight Scalia has been to his doctor on Wednesday and Thursday last week before his trip. The Texas JP called his doctor yesterday and they decided on no autopsy, his family doesnât want one. That might indicate they know what happened.
He was out of shape, overweight, and was not taking care of himself. He could have had some heart problem, Type II diabetes, who knows, and the guy was 79.========================================
I am surprised that he lasted THAT long, with that kind of living. Type II diabetes is self-inflicted: too much food, not the right kind of food and not enough exercise.

He was 79, really obese, crappie diet, and no real exercise. He was a heart attack waiting to happen. Lucky to have lived as long as he did.

Looks like same cause as Breibart?
Yep, no autopsy, burn quickly.

I believe in three or four weeks he would be turning 80 yrs old...
Unbelievable he was still a smoker being the Father of nine and grandfather of 35...they should have encouraged him to stop that nasty habit...
My hubby and I were both smokers, before kids...after kids they said it was difficult to even think we were once smokers..Neither of my kids smoke..and I never had a drug problem with them, they both work in the medical world, they see plenty... We have been Blessed, especially when I heard my friends share tales they have gone through.
I'm sure the Scalia Family and Friends will have a very difficult week ahead as well as the coming Months as the fight begins to replace their Loved One...
Prayers for them and for Our Country...

How do you explain George Soros Michael Moore, James Clyburn they should be expired as well. Heck most of the Congress should be embalmed as well they are old and many are not the picture of health.

How does a Judge have the authority to declare somebody dead? I thought the official call had to come from the County or State Coroner’s office, and that a doctor was the only one who could sign a death certificate.

It’s absolutely unthinkable that they wouldn’t do an autopsy. He could have died from poison, suffocation.

It can vary from state to state. In Minnesota, for instance, a physician makes the declaration of death and completes the certificate in all cases except suspicious circumstances, suicides, possible homicides, etc.
In Texas, it can be a physician or a Justice of the Peace. It's in the statute. Don't ask me why, but there it is.

why is it the only true conservative judge dies unexpectedly?I hear you. I thought for sure Ginsburg would be the first to pass.
