Yeah that bit of info is a bit strange, why would someone put the pillow OVER their head, maybe its a misprint and they mean he was lying on his pillow

Yeah that bit of info is a bit strange, why would someone put the pillow OVER their head Probably to cover up the cinder block embedded in his skull. This is all natural our government tells us, so nothing to be concerned about.
