If that’s true, and frankly, I don’t think it is, he’d then be just like the Republicans we elected to head the House in 2010 and the Republicans we elected to head the Senate in 2014.
And THAT is sad but true.
Also, I won’t defend Trump’s remarks over Scalia’s words. Trump was wrong. Scalia didn’t mean what Trump thought he did, that is blacks aren’t s smart as whites.

Even though the science suggests that’s true I agree that is not what Scalia meant. What he was saying is that if you put people with SAT scores of 750 in schools geared for those with scores of 1200 you are setting them up for failure.
